Review Summary
Reviewers are sharply divided, with most reporting premature tread wear and dangerous failures—tires reaching unsafe levels at 8,000 to 25,000 miles despite warranty promises, with blowouts and sidewall ruptures at highway speeds raising serious safety concerns. Many customers express betrayal, stating Michelin's reputation has declined and vowing not to repurchase. However, some praise the quiet, smooth, comfortable ride quality, particularly on OEM installations. Overall, durability issues and safety anxieties dominate customer sentiment, overshadowing positive driving experience feedback.

Self seal is amazing
These have been AMAZING tires. We got these when we ordered our 2022 ford explorer. It is 2026 & they have been so great. I got a bolt the size of my pinkie in my tire & it was a 1 inch bolt. I had to use pliers & twist the bolt out & there was no air loss. Ive also found a screw & a nail in them.

Absolute horrible tires. Do not buy!
Horrible durability. I drove only 150 days on gravel roads and all my truck tires have many large chunks taken out of the tread. I now have a leak. These are horrible tires. Tread is way too soft. I will not buy Michelin again.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be. Michelin All-Season
This is an excellent tire. Great grip and smooth operation. Leads to improved full economy. Especially great in wet weather! Long tread-wear life!

poor tire wear
came on a 2023 Lincoln Corsair rotated at every oil change Car now has 17500 miles and ford city Champaign Il says it bis almost time for new tires.. we do not exceed speed limits no fast starts or stops Bothh drivers are in 80's so easy driving . why so short tire life?

You can buy better
These came standard on my 2023 Toyota Sienna. From the beginning I noticed how easily the front tires will spin on takeoff in the rain. This is a hybrid so it does have more torque but it is very easy to break the grip. Second, they are loud. Finally, at 35K and need replacement, and I have them rotated with every oil change. These will not make 45K. Have not had any mechanical issues with them but I would not recommend them.
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with your Michelin Primacy All Season tires did not meet expectations with traction, noise or tread life. We recommend having your tires inspected by an authorized tire retailer. Once you have the results, please call and share the details with us at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).

Michelin does not honor the rebate. Purchase Continental instead!!!!!
I purchased 4 new Cross-Climate2 tires for my car. Michelin promised me a rebate of $80 but they refuse to honor the deal. I can not recommend this company since they falsely advertise a rebate they refuse to provide.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the promotional rebate. We'd like to review this issue. We encourage you to contact our rebate support center at 866-212-9619. You can also reach our Michelin Consumer Care team at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST) and one of our agents will be happy to assist.
