A prim fit for my car
My 2026 Kia sportage six prestige hybrid came from Korea with Hankook tires, and I A test drive these tires were terrible, I replaced them with Michelin primacy as tires and they made a big diffence in ride and handling and better traction.

Terrible
Terrible tire in the rain, almost not acceptable. Beyond that, only got 9k miles before they were completely bald.

Excellent tires
2024 Toyota Rav4 hybrid came new with these tires. Car now has 25k miles on it and no signs of wear. Dealer rotates them every 5k miles. Car drives straight and smooth and quiet. I'm very happy with these tires.

Great Over 80k!
These came on my 2022 Mach-E when I bought it new back in 22. It's October 27,2025 I got 84k on my Mach-E and it was time to replace these bad boys. Happy with these tires and just bought the exact same tires. I had forgotten how quiet this SUV could be lol. Just in time for the rain season! Great overall!

Durable and long lasting
These came on my car from the factory and supplied good service for 80k miles .I decided to stay with the same tire when it was time to renew. Very satisfied with michelin tires.

Good Tires
My Hyundai Tucson Hybrid came with these tires. I was very pleaed with their handling and comfort. Traction was great for most of their life but lessened more than expected as they approached the end of their tread life. I'm going to have to replace them at 44,000 miles due to tread depth. I would have liked to have a little closer to 55,000.

Decent Tire Poor Tread Life
The Primacy all season tire was a factory tire on my 2022 Ford Escape. I’m replacing them at 32,000 miles because they won’t make it through a moderate winter where it snows. I might be able to squeeze another 4,000 miles if I lived in a different climate. I’m not sure if my expectations are too high from Michelin but I think the tires should last longer.
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing rapid wear. Tire longevity can vary based on driving conditions, alignment, and maintenance. We recommend visiting a local Michelin dealer for a tire inspection. While you are there, give us a call with results. Our number is 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).

Great Handling/Poor Treadwear
These tires came with my new Ford Escape vehicle. Great dry road handling with good wet and snow traction. The ride is good if your really like to feel the road. I was suprised that I needed new tires after only 36,000 miles, and I do rotate every oil change. I will replace soon with the Defender 2 which I have had a better experience on my previous vehicles as far as treadwear (70,000 mi+) and wet and snow traction.
Jack, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you didn’t get the mileage you expected from your Primacy All Season tires. We’re confident you’ll appreciate the performance and longevity of the Defender 2 on your next set.
