Quite smooth ride
He's LTX tires came on my new Toyota 4Runner TRD off road. I have 1500 miles on these tires and the majority have been highway, Street driving, and a few cow Trails basically unpaved roads. Have not gone over rocks or anything that potentially could damage the tire. For quietness and fuel economy and just general local potholes and rough roads these tires have been very good. And I am a tire guy so I understand that as tires where they get harder and rougher riding so I typically don't keep tires more than about 45k miles. These tires are rated at 50 so they might be replaced at 35 to 40K. But that's just me because I like fresh rubber.

I'm a Fan of the LTX Trail - follow-up
Follow-up from previous review. At 21K on the mileage, I'm still a big fan of the LTX Trail. I measured wear at 6/32" (10/32" new) so I'm assuming these will get about 40K? Perhaps they wear faster than advertised however, I'll take the trade-off for exceptional highway ride and rock solid trail performance I'm experiencing. I believe these are better than Defenders BOTH highway and trail performance (bold statement), but you do sacrifice on longevity. Everybody's needs are different but for me, that use case works. Hope that helps.

Great tire
Ive heard a lot of complaints regarding these tires and I have to say I think the complaints are from those who just like to complain.. Good, Solid, Smooth Riding, Good Looking, they wear well with proper care and driving habits. These came on my Toyota Tundra and wont use anything else as long as they are still produced.

wearing way too fast
These came on my 23 tundra trd package and advertised as run flats but they are not. Also they shredded by 17k miles even with alignments and rotations . Found that the outer edge wears extremely fast and chunks of tire coming off even with no gravel roads. not a good look. I liked the way the looked on the truck but performance wise its a nope. Had to replace at 31k miles
We’re sorry to hear about this issue. The LTX Trail is not designed as a run-flat tire, and we understand how that could be misleading if advertised otherwise. We encourage you to contact our Consumer Care team. They can help assess your situation and recommend alternative tire options that better suit your driving needs. If you like terrible tires you'll love these.
Reading through the reviews and I'm in the same horrible boat. These tires came with my 2023 Tundra and lasted under 35k with several punctures during that time. (New England roads) looking to get new tires now before winter gets here but won't be getting these. I work at a dealership and they were rotated every 5k miles.
Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear the LTX Trail tires didn’t meet your expectations, especially given your regular maintenance and rotation schedule. If you'd like to discuss further or would like help choosing the best fit for your needs, please feel free to give our Consumer Care team a call. I'm a fan of the LTX Trail
OEM for my 2024 Land Cruiser, so far after 10K they have been outstanding tires. Smooth and quiet on pavement and superb performance in Florida off-road (sandy), and wet conditions. There seems to be a lot haters out there complaining of excessive wear, snow grip, and durability. All I can say is I've experience "defender-like" performance. If they get 30k+, I'll buy them again.

Look good handle good .
Came on my 23 4x4 off road went for my 35,000 mile check up tires almost to the wear bars dealer said close to need changing but just seen these are 55 ,000 tires most driving is 35 miles a day. I like the ride but the wear is short. Trick ? How many miles can i get out of my new trail tires my dealer found a brand new pull off no miles 165 each mount and ballance included im very happy i kept my old tires do i any credit in them?
Sonny 70, sorry to read your tires are close to the wear bars at 35k. The original equipment tires do not carry a mileage warranty, however we recommend taking your vehicle to an authorized Michelin retailer for an inspection of the tires. Give us a call from there so that we can discuss their findings. We can be reached at 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri.

Only last 25k
My 22 Tundra have these since new 20k miles ago. I have taken the truck every 5k to rotate the tires and change the oil. They are 60% already. They are quiet and save on gas but only last 25k. SOoooooo not worth putting a new set. Will go with some other brand.
Alesch, not sure what your complaint is. If the tires are at 60% worn, or 60% tread remaining, there is still life left in the tires. Once the tires are worn to the wear bars, we can address the mileage warranty. To discuss further, give us a call at 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri.

Started to fall apart.
Came with 2023 tundra. Two tires started to slow leak all over the tread. I only had 34000 miles on the tires.
Disappointed1, we recommend taking the vehicle to the tire dealer for an inspection of the tires. Upon inspection, give us a call at 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri so that we can determine next steps.

Great tyres
I bought these tyres for my Toyota Fortuner in Lahore Pakistan last month, it’s great experience, noiseless ride with comfort and stability, planning to visit to northern hilly areas of korakoram and himaliyan ranges soon in Pakistan
