Disappointed & very Angry.
My 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe was purchased on 3/29/25, on my first out of town on 6/25/25, the tire waited till 12 miles from home to blow out completely. * 112 outside & climbing. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Waited for UBER & to truck for 2 hrs. Within 5 hours I was informed it was only available through the dealership & it will be $533.11! I will be pursuing a reimbursement & the necessary bureaus notifications.

Poor Durability - Big Hassle
We purchased a new 2022 Kia Telluride equipped with OEM Michelin tires, and unfortunately, our experience has not met the quality we’ve come to expect from the brand. One tire has had a slow leak since day one, requiring air every 3–4 weeks. Despite multiple inspections by the dealership and tire shops — including remounting and leak checks — no visible issue has been found, and the problem persists. Additionally, we were informed that the tires showed excessive wear with less than 20,000 miles on them, which is far below what we anticipated from Michelin. As longtime customers who have trusted Michelin for durability and performance, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. We’re hoping Michelin will stand behind their product and help resolve this under warranty.

Premature Wear
These are rated for 55k. My 2023 Cadillac XT5 is almost at 24k and Cadillac service dept is telling me they are unsafe at 2/22!
We’re sorry to hear about the premature wear you're experiencing with your Primacy Tour A/S tires. We recommend visiting your local authorized Michelin dealer for a full inspection of the tires. Very Poor Durability
While these tires are quiet, decent in lifht snow and handle well, their durability was very disappointing. I know my Genesis GV70 EV is a heavy car, it is unacceptable that the OEM 265/45/R20 tires wore down from 11/32 to 4/32 after only 19,000 miles and 28 mos. Almost all of that driving was on rural roads at speeds under 50mph. I replace them at 4/32 in October because I didn't want to drive them in winter with only 4/32 of thread.

Performance tire 🛞
Performance type of tire the handling is smooth and balance comfortable on hi-way also on cornering road grip is intact, design goes last traction

Overall, very satisfied.
We have these on our Mazda CX-5 and even with 19" rims, these tires perform really well. These are not noisy, perform well in dry and wet and corner decently well. Pretty happy with the durability so far and highway comfort is good. Handsome and not loud on the highway for us, as others have mentioned.

The performance and comfort of our new Michelin tires are wonder. Glad I bought Michelin.

Great tires
Tires are quite offering a smooth ride and great longevity. Got 50,000 miles out of my last set on my Cadillac XT6.
