Absolute junk.
These tires should be illegal. Unless you only drive on streets that have no rain or snow ever, and also have no pavement markings, they do ok. Complete garbage, and dangerous. Just catching a paint stripe a bit causes vehicle control loss. They might look pretty, but they are horrible. Michelin is merely hanging on their name, and should be ashamed. These are OEM tires and only have 28,000 miles on them on a 2021 Chevy Blazer we bought in 2022. Even though they have adequate tread (6/32") as of now, they have failed to provide ANY positive response from me in the 13,000 miles I have put on them (I rarely drive this vehicle as it was bought for my wife who has since been unable to drive)

Best choice
great tires, excellent traction for dry road especially on wet road.

comfort, performance
I love the quiet, comfort, and luxury ride these tires provide. Yet, I am very unsatisfied with the tread life. My tires were completely worn at 50,000 miles. With the expense, expected quality, and performance am very disappointed. Michelin has always provided me top quality. My family, including my grandparents, have always owned Michelin and nothing else. My grandfather was in the tire business for 30 years and always owned Michelin. They need to make the life of the tire last longer. I have always exceeded the warranty rating on every Michelin tire that I have owned until now.
Brandon, we’re glad you enjoyed the quiet and comfort, but we understand your disappointment with tread life. Your loyalty to Michelin means a lot to us, and we appreciate your feedback. To initiate a warranty claim, please visit an authorized tire dealer for an inspection and give us a call at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).

Poor mileage life with these tires!
I purchased a brand new 2023 Genesis on Dec. 31, 2022, for my wildlife. The OEM tires are the Michelin Primacy Tour A/S, size 235/55-R19. I have had them rotated at the Genesis dealership and I have had the Tire Pressure check routinely at a Discount Tire Store. The Genesis GV70 has just hit 25,000 miles and during my last tire pressure check at Discount Tire told me all of my tires are at around 4/32. We are experiencing a lot of rain in the greater Phoenix, AZ area and I wan to put new tires of my wife's vehicle. These tires are never going to meet their alleged mileage warranty. What can Michelin do to make this right?
We are sorry to hear your tires did not meet mileage expectations. Please visit an authorized Michelin dealer for an inspection, then call our Consumer Care team at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST) with the results.

I have the Primacy Tour A/S as original equipment on my 2024 Mercedes GLE 450 magic. I have 25,000 miles on the car and now I need new tires. The warranty indicated 55,000 miles. What are my options in Colorado/

Quiet, handles well in driving rain.
Tires are quiet and handle well in the driving rain. Still waiting for snow testing/handling, but very happy thus far.

Quality, noise, price, and performance UNACCEPTABLE for Michelin brands
First of all, rotate tires regularly around every 5k miles and do alignment, even replaced struts when tires were feathers and wearing poorly way too early and making horrible noise. Also had one tire the tire shop described as a radial pull that alignment didn't seem to fix. And after trying other tires, I always went back to Michelins for performance and handling, but these new tires are HORRIBLE. Terrible noise and handling, sounds like a 4x4 and drives like one too!! Instead of the soft, quiet performance tires I always had before for the HIGH PRICE of these tires on a V6 coupe!! Multiple issues with recent purchases. Not at all consistent with earlier purchases and still very expensive! Extremely disappointed Michelin. These are nothing like the tires I used to get and still very expensive.
We’re sorry to hear they didn’t meet expectations, especially given your long history with Michelin products. Keep in mind, your tires come with the Michelin Promise Plan. If you’re dissatisfied, bring the original sales receipt to the place of purchase within 60 days for a new set of tires. Feel free to give us a call to discuss further.
