Decent Tire, extremely poor wear
After much research I purchase a set of these for my Mazda6. I am now being told after only ~25,000 miles it is time to replace the tires. This after 18 months of reduced driving due to COVID. Extreme disappointment is not strong enough wording.

Flat Repair Impossible
My tires have less than 10k miles and I picked up a small screw. Took it to the tire dealer and he said it is not repairable. The liner in the tire will not allow it to be repaired. The liner (sealer?) worked for the ride home. It is now flat in my garage. There is no way I am replacing with this type of tire. Will now have a high end luxury car with mis-matched tires.
Dkoop, depending on where the puncture was in the tire is a big factor in determining if a tire can be repaired. If the damage is near the shoulder of the tire, a repair isn't possible. Repair limits are established by the US Tire Manufacturers Association. A member of our Consumer Care Team will be reaching out to you, or you can contact us at 866-866-6605.

Exactly what I wanted
My 2016 Honda Accord V6 sedan came with Primacy MXV4s. They were ok but they weren’t very responsive and they didn’t like getting pushed hard during cornering. The Primacy Tours are much better. My car feels more “planted” and it handles better, The ride is a little firmer but not harsh. The new tires are 2 pounds heavier and I assume the extra weight went into stiffer sidewalls, yielding better handling but a little stiffer ride. The tires are quiet except on rough road surfaces. The bottom line is that the Tours feel sportier but still very civilized, which is exactly what I wanted.

Impressively quieter, cushier ride
Wish I'd found these years ago. They may have saved me $50k+, since they addressed my main reason for considering replacing my now 15 year old Infiniti SUV. Thankfully my Costco tire center recommended them when I said I was looking for softer ride vs. my aging (very) long-wear Bridgestone Dueler Alenzas (which never actually wore out). The technician even walked me over to the tire stacks to feel the software rubber on these tires. Driving now feels like wearing a new pair of well-cushioned running shoes, with noticeably lower noise, esp. on wet roads at highway speeds (no more constant "whooooosh"). I've noticed no compromises in handling. They also look great, seem to have kept their new appearance several months (though I did apply a spray cleaner/protector, one time). The trade-off is significantly lower tread life vs. comparable options, but I don't drive enough to worry about that. Thank you Michelin and Costco!

Every thing I hoped for.
Purchased a new 2021 Buick Encore GX. 4 weeks ago. This SUV came with Hankook Kinergy GT tires. Took them off after 200 miles! These tires should never have been used on a Buick GX or any car. The Primacy Tour A/S made this new SUV Ride much smoother, quieter and handle better. Very pleased with these tires. Spent a lot of time doing research on tires, and these Michelin tires had great reviews. Feel much safer driving now.

happy with my purchase
smooth on the highway, nice on turns , quite

Horrible on dirt/slush/salt
These tires came on my 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Fortunately I work from home so I wasn’t aware how bad they handle on dirt, slush, and leftover salt left on the road. There is absolutely no type of traction and I’ve almost ended up off the road. Other than that, they handle normal conditions well.

Michelin pilot sport 4
I bought this the Tesla model S which came with pilot sport 4 tires In July 2019 . My front two tires already worn down almost flat after 8600 miles . I hardly drive the car during pandemic in 2020 and now was told to change my fro to two tires . very disappointed with the Michelin tire

Smooth quiet ride for 30K
These tires were so much quieter and smoother than the factory tires. I thought I would get 40,00 miles even though rated for much more. I was wrong. I only got 30,00 miles. Its a trade off. One tire developed sidewall bubble. Another blew out and the replacement tire blew out. Bad driving? Coincidence? Not so good quality? Maybe all of the above. Good value? - probably not. They're expensive but they do ride nice.
