Review Summary
Reviewers are sharply divided, with most reporting premature tread wear and dangerous failures—tires reaching unsafe levels at 8,000 to 25,000 miles despite warranty promises, with blowouts and sidewall ruptures at highway speeds raising serious safety concerns. Many customers express betrayal, stating Michelin's reputation has declined and vowing not to repurchase. However, some praise the quiet, smooth, comfortable ride quality, particularly on OEM installations. Overall, durability issues and safety anxieties dominate customer sentiment, overshadowing positive driving experience feedback.

Disappointed
Tires are horrible only lasted 30000km this is un acceptable.

Michelin does not honor the rebate. Purchase Continental instead!!!!!
I purchased 4 new Cross-Climate2 tires for my car. Michelin promised me a rebate of $80 but they refuse to honor the deal. I can not recommend this company since they falsely advertise a rebate they refuse to provide.

Flat tire after 900 miles
Just purchased Cadillac LYRIQ.900 miles. Flat tire in my garage. Small piece of mulch wood barely in the tire. No spare. Reading these reviews are scaring me that these tires are going to be an issue especcially with no run flat or spare tire. Supposedly self-sealing per dealer. They certainly didn't self seal as tire went completely flat in my garage.Worried in Florida.

Horrible Tires! Michelin Should Be Ashamed!
These tires came on our new Lexus. They puncture like a needle against a balloon. First tire punctured at 3900 miles and could not be repaired. At 5600 miles we now have another tire that has punctured and cannot be repaired.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Michelin Primacy All Season tires and understand how frustrating this must be. Tire punctures are typically caused by road hazards and can occur regardless of brand or mileage. Whether a puncture can be repaired depends on its location and severity, which is determined at the time of inspection. We recommend visiting an authorized tire dealer to have the tires evaluated. Have the dealer give us a call while you're there to review available options. We can be reached at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).

Warning--Dangerous Tires
Horrible! at only 7500 miles on a new Mercedes Benz GLC 300 4-Matic the left rear tire blew out while traveling 80 mph on Interstate 95 in southern Georgia, and could have cost my husband his life as he negotiated crossing three lanes of traffic to reach the berm. The response from Michelin? A case number, no help, no follow-up. A Michelin rep said take it to a MB dealer, the dealer said it was a waste of time and Michelin wouldn't do anything. Long story short--we replaced the tire with out own money. The car did not hit or run over anything to puncture the tire. It just completely separated from the rim. Air pressure was good, as the car monitors it. These were OEM tires that Mercedes uses for that model. We are terribly angry at the situation and Michelin. The only thing I received from them was a case number--no phone call or follow-up. So disappointing from a company that I once considered a better brand. No more Michelins for us!

UNSAFE!
Dangerously poor performance in icy/snowy/slushy weather. These tires came stock on my Volvo EX30 cross country. After 1 week of ownership, I had my first opportunity to drive it in New Jersey icy mix slushy weather and the car was unable to maintain traction and control while just cruising straight, in the tire paths, well below the speed limits, while crappy 2-wheel drive sedans were confidently and safely outperforming my car. And forget about slight bends or turns. I was so disturbed and shocked by the performance that immediately upon returning home, I got in my volvo xc40, which is a lighter vehicle equipped with firestone firehawks, and the thing handle the same exact conditions like a beast. The difference was night and day. The xc40 with cheaper, older tires was like a mountain goat while the ex30 with Michelin primacy's was like bambi on ice. It's irresponsible for Michelin to keep selling these, at the very least, as an all-season tire. I doubt they will discontinue them, but they should.

No durability
These tires lose tread quickly and will not last. It only took 8000 miles to consume over half of the tires tread. If your vehicle comes with these tires do your best to get them changed.
Thanks for your review and we’re sorry about the tread wear you’ve seen. Tread life can vary due to tire alignment, pressure, rotation and driving conditions. We recommend visiting an authorized dealer for a thorough tire inspection. For further discussion, feel free to give our Consumer Care team a call. tire foam issue
One tire foam was detached about 7 months ago, and another 2 months ago. Now I feel the vibration again, probably the third one. It has cost me about $400, and the Tesla warranty does not cover it. I wonder if Michelin will handle the warranty. It was really frustrating and time-consuming.

Unsafe tires buyer beware
Hands down the most unsafe tire to ever be put on the road. These are not all season tires. Sucks that I have to shell out more money for tires to feel safe
