Review Summary

The tires provide good fuel efficiency, smooth and quiet ride, and reliable handling in dry and wet conditions. However, some customers report premature tire wear and issues with noise and winter traction. The tires may be a good value for fuel-efficient driving, but may not be suitable for those who prioritize long tread life or winter performance.

started out wonderful, now sucks to be me

The tire was very quiet on the highway and city driving, my tires have 29,000 miles as OEM and started showing signs of chunking recently. NOT going to make 30,000 miles. tires rotated on regular basis with oil changes. not happy premature failing. All 4 tires show the same failure, Nitrogen filled by dealership, I drive 8 miles total per day and the car is parked at work for 8hrs and then home for the rest of the time. no daily high speed driving. 4 trips since I've bough the car in Feb 2023 with 7,000 miles with OEM tires that are now failing.

We’re sorry to hear that your Energy Saver All Season tires are showing signs of premature wear. Tread wear and tire condition can be influenced by several factors, including vehicle setup, road conditions and alignment and an in‑person inspection is the best way to determine what’s happening. We recommend visiting an authorized Michelin dealer to have the tires evaluated. Once the dealer provides the inspection results, Our Consumer Care team would be happy to review your situation and discuss next steps. Our contact number is 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).

Did not seal. Unfixable. Unhappy.

2022 Bolt EUV - tires came on vehicle from dealer. 14,000m on odometer but have only used tires for 6 months because we use winter tires for other 6 months. Have picked up a tack. Tires are self seal but have a slow leak that won’t seal. Told tire is unfixable by dealer.

OK Tires

I never loved these tires. They were OK and I think the gas mileage was unaffected. I also think they were nosier than my previous tires.

Great traction through the life of the tires

These came on my Chevy Bolt when new. I drive mostly highway and not particularly delicately either, but I got 83,000 miles on the first set (though the tread is pretty shallow) and they are still quite grippy, even after 5 years and 83,000 miles. They've always given me good traction compared to other tires I've had in the past and they didn't get hard and slippery when they got old. I don't run them in winter anymore because I want the best traction on ice, but the 83,000 miles was all on this set. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because they did get pretty noisy after a few years, but I think it's because I didn't rotate them right. I used to go front to back staying on the same side, but now I cross over when I rotate and I rotate every 8,000 miles and it seems to have quieted them down a bit. I like them so much, I'm replacing them with the same model, even though they are quite expensive. Also, I like that they are self sealing, as I don't have room for a spare.

T, we're sorry this problem has occurred. The first step is to have the tires inspected by an authorized Michelin retailer in your area. Have the dealer contact us with their findings so that we can help to initiate a warranty claim.

Bad tire

These tires came on my new 2020 Ford Fusion. The tread is separating from the tire at 42k miles.

Great all around tires

Went back to these OEM tires on my hybrid because I did notice a difference in mileage with a cheaper brand. You get what you pay for when it comes to tires.

Great tires Terrible milage

I bought these to replace the original equip tires on my Camry Hybrid XLE. I love the ride they preformed great in the snow and on wet surfaces. The thing that has disappointed me is the milage I got out of the tires. I'm at 31000 and I'm at just under 3/32 on my tires. They stated these were supposed to run 55000 miles and I thought I'd get at least somewhere about 50000 before I'd need tires. These did disappoint me in that regard. I've had other Michelin tires and I've gotten a lot better. Won't be able to run these through winter.

TJC, we're sorry to read that you are disappointed with the mileage on your Energy Saver A/S tires. They do, however, have a mileage warranty. The warranty indicates you should get credit based on the mileage received. If your tire dealer has any questions, please have them contact us.

Great so far!!!!

My car now rides like it did when I first got it. I got the same ones again since these lasted over 12,000 miles past the 60,000 mile tire.

Saving electricity with tires

I brought my hybrid in for new tires and dropped my car off the next morning. The car was done very quickly and outstanding results. Thank you Big-O.
