Not satisfied
These tires came on my 2021 Lexus ES and are worn down to 3/32” and losing chunks of tread at 29,000 miles. I have always purchased Michelin tires, but I am not satisfied with these tires performance.

Purchase was not what I asked for, when appointment was made!
On today April 5, 2025 I purchased 2 tires from Lexus of Greenville, SC I currently have on my Lexus ES 350 Michelin Primacy MXV4, when I made the appt 4/2/25 to bring in my vehicle on 4/5/25 I asked if they carried the Primacy MXV4 the rep said yes, so I agreed to have 2 installed on today 4/5 but what I got was Michelin Energy Saver A/S...my ride now is not smooth like B4 & I am not satisfied with this purchase, I do plan to return to the dealership next week to speak with them more in detail about this purchase, but I wanted it noted on your review page 1st & I have registered the tires also on your website....the technician told me while waiting in the customer lounge that the tires would be replaced with ones like I have on the car presently, but after checking me out & I proceeded to my car I looked at the tires & they were diff , so I went back inside & told the technician the tires are diff from my Primacy MXV4 he said we don't have those in stock & their warehouse did not have any stocked, so they must be discontinuing the tire, but why not ask me 1st if I wanted a diff style b4 installing...he proceeded to tell me that both tires have the same ratings, mite just be slightly diff...well let me tell you that my ride is off, definitely not the same...smooth like b4 & my other 2 tires that remained on the vehicle are fairly new, cause I just punched the vehicle in July 2024 & 2 tires were replaced b4 I purchased...I am not satisfied with my purchase of 2 Michelin tires today, very unhappy customer, I feel that this dealership, needs the 2 Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires shipped to them if they are not housed in their warehouse or they need to bring the tires in from one of their other vendors, to satisfy me as a customer with my Michelin Tires. I purchase Michelin tires only, always have. Not sure if the tires could be shipped to Lexus of Greenville, SC by one of Michelin vendors or not, but this situation needs to be rectified & continue to have me as a satisfied customer.

Not that great.
OEM tires on my 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV. 38000 miles. They are well worn and are loosing small chunks of tread.

Really good tire - good handling and good tire life
I just had a new set installed. This is now my second set of these tires. I chose to replace them at 45,000 miles, but they still had decent life on them and could have probably gone to 55,000 miles. Good handling, one survived a nail repair and another one survived a puncture with the "fix flat" spray used. Gave a Quiet ride and good fuel economy.

Comfortable tire, 64k miles
These came OEM on our 2019 Lexus ES300H, they have been excellent, great MPG (44mpg) comfortable tires now 64k miles (mostly SoCal highway) thread down to a 3, with the rainy season finally starting it's now time to replace them. We have the defenders on our 4 Runner and I am hesitating between the two. How much mpg am I likely to lose with the Defender? By the way, I don't have the time to click the purchase date all the way back to 2019

7/32 after 45K
Came as OEM on my 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV. After 45,000 miles they still have 7/32 of tread left! Others complain that these tire wear out fast. Coming from a Prius and familiar with hyper mileage techniques, I think my driving style has a huge effect on tire wear. Will probably replace with the same tire when these finally wear out.

These tires were delivered by GM on our 2022 Bolt, were always stored on the wheels, were always properly inflated, and were alternated with a set of Michelin snow tires. The treads were too worn to re-mount after approximately 17,500 kilometers
MarkT, we suggest taking your vehicle to an authorized Michelin retailer for an inspection of the tires, then give us a call at 888-871-4444 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri so that we can determine next steps.

SNOWBIRD TIRES
Looking forward to the drive down south on my new Michelins

Good OEM performance
I purchased the OEM tire for my Lexus after having balance issues with two other brands Pirelli and GY. They are quiet and do a decent jobs over bumps, not the best though. The only issue I have is that my car started making a faint thumping sound as soon as I left Discount Tire. It was tested by them and they claim not to hear it. It would have been an excellent tire that kept the OEM feel and drive of the car if it wasn’t for this issue. The tires don’t tramline or vibrate except for a slight rumble noise probably caused by whatever is making them thump. The tires perform great in all conditions. I don’t trust them for snow and I change to snow tires in the winter.
