Tires were purchased on 10/10/2022. They initially were fantastic! Loved the quietness and the smooth ride. With less that 22k miles on the tires, the car is now experiencing tire spinning in damp weather as well as the car drifting while driving. Signs that I usually take as my cue to buy new tires. However, with only 22k of mileage on the tires, I feel this is an issue with the tire manufacture. Tires were evaluated at Mr. Tire in Woodbury Heights, NJ by Matt Kramer, Asst. Mgr. Tire tread is 8/32s, no dry rot noted and no wear. Very very disappointed. I would like for Michelin to provide some sort of remedy in this issue that is fair to both Michelin and myself..
I have Michelin tires on all three of the cars that I own. They are the best driving and most reliable tires I have ever owned.
I replaced OEM tires with Defender T + H, it has been a very big improvement. It gives similar mpg but better handling and comfort. Noise level is almost same. Highly recommended for hybrid vehicles.
Excelente tires, good tread, good grip and smooth rolling and a nice sidewall
These tires are very well built even for forest roads etc. I had purchased these tires after having a very negative experience with Bridgestone Ecopia tires which didn't last longer than 18 months owing to their poor design which lead to sidewall damage notwithstanding its states purpose of saving in fuel consumption through rolling. The tread on these Michelin Defender tires has been consistent and it has very good grip on sharp curves even in the rain, the rolling is consistent with fuel economy as well.
