Great tires for high performance cars!
The Pilot Super Sports have proven to be an excellent choice for my Viper. They ride better than the PS2 and appear to be wearing better than average for these soft compound type tires. They are great on the track and street. I have driven them through pouring rain with conficence to maintain normal speeds. I would absolutely recommend these tires to anyone looking for the ultimate summer performance tire.
Dry or wet, grips like a cat
2 door coupe, 5.0L V-8, rear wheel drive. Looking for traction in dry or wet conditions, no cold weather here. Installed on all four; F 225/40R18, R 255/35R18. The Pilot Super Sport gives me ride, handling, predictability. Yes, I *can* break them loose, but I have to consciously want to. Otherwise, starting, stopping and cornering is sure-footed. 8,270 miles now, still look new even with *some* abuse. ;)
Simply Super
I bought these tires to replace my Pilot PS2's, and so far they have been worth the money. They give my car a lot of grip around the corners. They also have been pretty good in rain. I can't comment on wear life because I haven't had them to long, but they don't seem to have lost much tread. Would recommend these to anyone who has a sports car that they want to get a little more performance out of.

Lots of guys in the car club raved about these. Swapped out my OEM runflats at 20K and I cannot believe how much better the car handles- better grip on turns, quieter, no crashing over bumps and now the car handles as designed! 2011 BMW Z4

On my daily driven 335i. Compared to stock run-flats these are amazing. Grip well. Life is averageish, could be better, but I don't want them to sacrifice performance either if it means increasing wear life.

Quietly the Best Handling Tire Ever
This tire is clearly the quietest best handling tire I have owned. In wet roads, hot roads, traffic cornering, and basically all levels of traffic conditions and weather they are great. My car is powerful and these tires handle the torque, acceleration and braking without the excessive noise I was accustomed to. Fantastic - another Michelin winner.
