Review Summary

The tires provide a smooth, quiet, and comfortable ride with excellent handling and traction in various weather conditions. Many customers report long-lasting tread life of over 60,000 miles and improved fuel efficiency. While a few customers experienced premature tread wear or excessive road noise, and some felt the tires were not as capable in deep snow, the majority of feedback is very positive, with customers praising the tires as high-quality, reliable, and durable.

Dry Rot

My tires need to be replaced due to dry rot at 3-1/2 years and about 33,000. I am reluctant to purchase Michelin tires again due to on-line reviews about dry rot problems.

Poor Durability

These came OEM on my 2015 Cadillac SRX. I'm at 25,000 miles accrued by light driving around a mountain town. All four need to be replaced.

Only got 22,000 miles! :(

These tires came on my new 2012 Cadillac SRX which I purchased it in Dec 2011. I don't drive the car except on short trips thus the low mileage. I know the car/tires are 8 years old but I think I should have gotten more the 22K miles out of a set of tires rated for 65K miles. I want to add, tires had been rotated and rear tires bad too. I contacted Michelin through the tire dealership. They only offer me 20% off a new set of Michelins. Needless to say, I purchased Goodyears. Very disappointed in these Michelin tires. Will NEVER buy a set or have them on a new vehicle again. Buyers beware!!!

nice tire

only problem, I had a nail in the tire and it had to be replaced bc of the location of the nail. I only had 8,000 miles on tire and there was no prorating bc it was over the 2 year warranty.

Thanks for taking the time to submit a review, allyson. Michelin tires have a 6 year warranty for workmanship and material. Road hazard injuries are not covered by Michelin, although some retailers offer rh coverage on tires they sell.

good not great

i had these on ACURA MDX for 90k miles and on FORD EDGE for 61 now and going. wet, snow traction and noise level is excelent when new, tho as they age all above gets worse(its expected) it feels like they get harder, and noise level starts to rise after 30k miles, if not road noise they would be perfect.

Tires worthless after 18,000 miles

I purchased a brand new Lexus GX460 from Lexus of Carlsbad in 2017. I am now at 18,000 miles and nobody will rotate my tires any longer because the tread depth is 3/32. I complained to the dealer that I expected 60,000 miles and they told me 15-20,000 miles is all they are experiencing on this vehicle. That tells me this tire is not a fit for this vehicle even though the Michelin Latitude Tour HP is standard equipment or I got a bad set of rubber.

Best wearing tires I’ve ever had

My 2013 Chevy Equinox came with the Latitudes. Have over 105k miles on the Equinox and still have enough tread to past Virginia’s annual safety inspection. Probably will be replacing them soon due to the age of the tires.

Dependable tires

This is my second set of Latitude tour tires. They have been driven in the dry heat of west Texas and are now being driven in the Dallas, TX area. I set the air pressure at 31 lbs. and haven’t had problems with them. The wear has been even across the tread. They are on my 2007 Highlander which has only 75k miles on it. This set is down to about 4-5mm of tread, about time to replace them. What I particularly like is that they have a better than average rating in ice or snow. Most competitors don’t. They do fine when driving the curves of a wet high speed toll road. I guess the trade-off has been a shorter life for better driving characteristics. Michelin should change these to a 40k mile life and expect them to wear out sooner.

Terrible Wear !!!!

Worst wearing Michelin's I have ever owned. Only had 33,000 miles on tires. Michelin has let me down on there quality. Last two sets I have bought have been terrible. These to be a 65000 mile tire wore like a race tire other issue is with a truck AT2 tire which I will commit there. Michelin get your quality up. Lifelong customer looking at other brands now.

Only lasted 22K miles

Have these tires on 2017 Chev Equinox. Warranty for at least 36K miles. Was told at 22K miles I needed 4 new tires, purchased 2, as all I could afford at this time as I am a Senior.

Unbeatable tread life!

I have 92,000 miles on my Latitide Tour tires right now and still have a good bit of wear left in them. 100,000 mile tires easy and ride really well on my 2016 GMC Terrain. Best tires I have ever had.
