Ford rim cap fell off
I drove from Arizona to Georgia and somewhere along the line my cap fell off. I got my tires changed out before another long trip. I was surprised to find I was missing a rim cap when I arrived. It most not have been put back on properly. I drove from Alaska to Georgia twice with no issues and a lot of unimproved roads.
Set 4 and only getting better
Excellent tire. Great for holding down cost of long distance commuting. Been driving on Michelin tires for 40 years and they just keep getting better. I don't even look at other brands when replacing and won't buy a new car unless it comes with Michelins. Just took off my last LTX's at 73,000 miles and probably could have gone to 80K before getting to the wear bar but, the rainy season is just around the corner and I really wanted the tread depth back. Used to live up North and these LTX's were great in the snow too. Truly the best all-round tire. And, they're round so, none of the wump wump wump you here with some other brands.

Smooth, Comfortable, Quiet, with great Handling
Smooth comfortable quiet ride with great handling and load rating.
Defender LTX M/S
Quieter and smoother ride than the Factory OE tires which didn't last as long as I thought they would. Better grip in wet/snowy conditions than I expected.

Strange Vibrations?
Really like the tire. Smooth almost all the time. I have noticed a strange vibration for short periods of time at low speeds that wasn't there before. Didn't think much of it until I read the "Vibrations" review below.
LTX M/S LTX M/S 2 & tomorrow the Defender LTX M/S
I've been driving since 1983. I've driven a tremendous amount of miles for someone who doesn't make a living driving cargo. I've run the first 2 versions of this line on a Chevy Tahoe 4x4 and Ford F-150 4x4. These tires are amazing. They run noticeably smoother, quieter and longer than OEM tires. They are absolutely the best all purpose on road tire available in our Cleveland and Ohio climate. I know Michelin does not approve running tires too long and I never will again. but our last set, on the Tahoe, ran 117,000 miles when we sold the Tahoe at 260,000 miles. A friend purchased the vehicle and said the tires ran another 10,000 miles.

Only Michelin
Since I purchase my 1st Michelin tire in 1996 I have been totally impressed with the quality of all Michelin tires. I tell all my friends, colleagues and children buy Michelin tires just 1 time and you will never buy another brand of tire. The safety performance of Michelin tires is a great confidence builder, I really do feel safer with Michelin's on my vehicle so much I do not have to worry when my wife is out. Please keep up the great workmanship.

Great tires
Bought these tires about 2 weeks ago for my Toyota Tacoma (2001). 265/75 R16! My truck rides so much smoother now and the tires are really quiet! The steering is easier too! We had a couple of hard rains here and the tires were great in it! They seem to grip the road so much better now (dry pavement)! Now if they last as long as stated, you must buy these tires!

Vibration is an issue
I always buy Michelin. I installed a set of these tires on my F-150 December 2016. When it's very cold these tires literally shake my truck as if they are solid, I am talking temperatures in the teens. They ride like that for miles. As the temperatures warm up, they still shake quite a bit until they are driven maybe 20 miles at expressway speeds. At temperatures over 65 degrees, these tires ride smooth as glass, so I know that my vehicle does not have any mechanical issues. I can't stand the vibrations these tires cause, very annoying ride! I more than likely will have to dispose of a brand new set of tire and find something else.

Excellent ride!
I bought these tires a number of weeks ago and very much appreciate the ride and handling the tires give me in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I would buy these tires again and recommend to my family and friends.
