I brought my 2012 Honda Accord (I4) in for a simple oil change and even provided my own oil, but the shop refused to use it and charged me $95 for the service. I’ve seen other vehicles, including larger trucks, serviced for significantly less, which makes this price feel like an unnecessary upsell. Very disappointing and unprofessional — I will not be returning.
