MICHELIN, 500 WINS AND 50 YEARS OF INNOVATION

By winning the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia, Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) offered Michelin its 500th victory in the MotoGP™ World Championship. Another success that proves Michelin’s skills and know-how at the highest level in motorbike racing since 1973.

MICHELIN POWER TIRES, OUTSTANDING GRIP

New season, new tires. The new Power slick tires offered this season to Michelin partners required many months of development. The front and rear tire rubber compounds have different compositions and use different manufacturing methods.

MICHELIN AND DORNA EXTEND MotoGPᵀᴹ PARTNERSHIP

In September 2021, we were confirmed as MotoGPTM tire supplier until 2026. We will remain the official, sole tire supplier of the premier class from 2024-2026.

“Michelin and Dorna Sports are pleased to confirm a new three-year contract extension with Michelin that will see the legendary French firm continue as the sole, official tire supplier to MotoGPTM until at least 2026. The new three-year agreement will see the partnership between Michelin and MotoGPTM reach the milestone of a decade racing together.”

Since we became the sole tire supplier to MotoGPTM in 2016, the premier class of motorcycle Grand Prix racing has since enjoyed some of the closest competition in history.

FIM ENEL MotoE™ WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TIRE SUPPLIER

We have been involved in the MotoE™ championship since its inception in 2019. We have demonstrated our talent for innovation with the creation of a tire made from sustainable materials (renewable biosourced and recycled materials). The MotoE™ Championship is part of the Group's "Everything Sustainable" strategy.
