Review Summary
Customers overwhelmingly praise these tires for smooth, quiet rides and exceptional handling in wet and dry conditions, with many reporting strong traction, confident braking, and reliable all-season performance. Most describe superior steering response and improved comfort compared to previous tires, with high loyalty and repeat purchase intent. However, a notable group reports premature tread wear, needing replacement at 15,000–30,000 miles rather than expected durability. Despite this durability concern, most customers consider the ride quality and safety performance worth the investment.

Comfort and quality
These all season MXM4 tires are great. I ordered these for my Nissan Altima 2019 because I’ve had various types of off brand tires and they have not lasted a year without an issue such as flat tire. I’ve gotten these tires early 2025 and it’s been over a year and over 20,000 miles driven with these (all 4 tires still intact). Rain or shine and I’ve ran into my share of potholes. These have been the best performing tires for me and comfort level is superb on these as well. Will forever re purchase. Worth it!!! A+++++++++++

very good tires.
Purchased 4 new tires on 04/23/2026, but you sent tires made in 43/2024..( re: DOT) That means the tires are almost two years old.

Very disappointed
I bought my Tesla Model 3 in 2023 equipped with these tires (MICHELIN Primacy MXM4). The first year, everything was fine. Then, the problems started. The car lacks stability on the road and, regardless of the incline, it pulls strongly to the left or right. At first, I thought I had a steering problem. I went to Tesla, where they checked everything. They replaced two suspension arms that appeared worn and adjusted the steering. Apart from that, nothing seemed out of the ordinary; the car was in perfect condition. I left Tesla, but the problem persisted. Furthermore, the tires seem to have worn out quickly, even though I've only driven 35,000 km (70,000 km warranty). It's worth noting that with my Michelin X-Ice Snow tires, which I use for winter, the car is stable and performs perfectly. I am very disappointed with these tires.

>> The sizes shown are average design values for tires measured on specified measuring rim widths. Some tires may vary from this value by +/-3% of the section height (affecting overall diameter), and +/-4% of the section width.
>> Section width varies approximately 0.2" (5mm) for every 0.5" change in rim width.
>> Tread patterns are often tuned to accomodate different tire widths. Tires for a particular dimension of a given tireline may vary in appearance from the tire shown in the photograph.
WARNING: Serious or fatal injury may result from tire failure due to underinflation or overloading. To ensure correct air pressure and vehicle load, refer to vehicle owner's manual or tire information placard on the vehicle. Serious injury or death may result from explosion of tire/rim assembly due to improper mounting. Only tire professionals should mount tires and they should never inflate beyond 40 psi to seat the beads. Before mixing types of tires in any configuration on any vehicle, be sure to check the vehicle owner's manual for its recommendations.
DANGER: Never mount a 16" diameter tire on a 16.5" rim.
DANGER: Never mount a 17" diameter tire on a 17.5" rim.
Inflation pressure increase must not exceed the maximum pressure branded on the tire sidewall. When a customer requests a replacement tire with a lower speed rating than the original equipment tire, you must clearly communicate to him or her that the handling of the vehicle may be different, and that its maximum speed capability is limited to that of the lowest speed-rated tire on the vehicle. Exceeding the lawful speed limit is neither recommended nor endorsed.
For high-speed driving, additional inflation pressure and possibly reduced tire loading and/or upsizing is required. In the absence of specific recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, use the following guidelines based on those in the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual.
For speeds over 160mph (100 mph), load and inflation must be adjusted according to the table below.
