GREAT TIRES
Over a 100,000 KMS and still have 25% tread left. Regular tire rotations and pressure checks go a long ways in longevity. Will be putting another set on the car for sure

Defective Tire
Defective Tire and Unsatisfactory Service I purchased four Michelin CrossClimate tires about a month ago from Coggin Toyota on Phillips Highway. After only about a month, I discovered that one of the tires is defective due to a manufacturing issue. What concerns me most is that this defective tire was installed by the dealership’s technician in the first place. A tire with a manufacturing defect should have been identified before it was installed on my vehicle. I should not have to deal with this situation after paying for brand-new tires. When I returned to the dealership to have the defective tire replaced, I expected the issue to be handled under the applicable tire warranty or coverage. Instead, Darius, the salesperson assisting us, was unhelpful, and I was told I would have to pay for the labor. Now I have to contact Michelin myself to deal with a defective tire that should never have been installed in the first place. I am also concerned about driving the vehicle with a tire that has been identified as defective. I am documenting this concern for safety reasons while I contact Michelin. I will also include pictures showing the defective tire and the differences between the tires. I expected much better customer service, proper inspection before installation, and support when a brand-new tire turns out to be defective. I hope Coggin Toyota takes this situation seriously and resolves it fairly.

Inflation pressure increase must not exceed the maximum pressure branded on the tire sidewall. When a customer requests a replacement tire with a lower speed rating than the original equipment tire, you must clearly communicate to him or her that the handling of the vehicle may be different, and that its maximum speed capability is limited to that of the lowest speed-rated tire on the vehicle. Exceeding the lawful speed limit is neither recommended nor endorsed.
For high-speed driving, additional inflation pressure and possibly reduced tire loading and/or upsizing is required. In the absence of specific recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, use the following guidelines based on those in the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual.
For speeds over 160mph (100 mph), load and inflation must be adjusted according to the table below.
