Best Steet Tires ever
I’ve been riding for over 40 years and I think the Michelin Pilot road are the best series of tires I have ever used. All around wet, dry and aggressive riding they perform great in all conditions.

Best road tire ever.
I just love these tires in all conditions on the road and would not hesitate to take them to the track especially in wet conditions.

Nail magnets
Great tires in the wet and dry but something about them make them stand up nails and screws for the rear tire to pick up. I’ve had 2 punctures in the rear with one being an unrepairable slash and in reading online this is a common problem with these. It’s a shame but I have gone to another tire which is not quite as good but a proven performer

Great tire!
What an excellent all around tire! Wet grip, dry traction and outstanding longevity combined with stable braking performance. Another great tire in the Road series of tires.

The best just keeps getting better!
I was introduced to the Michelin Road 4 on my 2016 Yamaha MT-07 as factory fitment. I was so impressed with the grip in wet, dry, hot or cold conditions combined with their longivity it imediately became my tire of choice for my 11 other road bikes. Now with the Road 5 I have the standard on my naked bikes, the GT on my heavy touring bikes and the Trail on my V-Strom and have never been more happy!

Who says sport-touring tyres are not for track?
I've been using Pilot Road 4s and now Road 5s on the street for years. I have a 1994 CB1000F, I had a 2014 CB1000R that I replaced with a 2018 CB1000R and I have a 2012 CBR1000RR. All are used for commute, touring and mountain twisties here in northern California. Only the CB1000F has not been on the track. Of course I don't always use these tyres on the track, but when I do, I can maintain a moderate A-group pace with no drama. And still get over 6000 miles from the rear tyre and over 8000 from the front. Fantastic tyres.

Road 5 street and track
I have a 2018 ZX1441r and I run road 5 we run mostly mountain roads and have not had a problem with the grip of these tires .We have also run in a lot of rain and they just give you a feeling of confidence .My girl friend has a 2015 kawasaki concourse 1400 she runs road 5 also and she loves them . Our new adventure is running the track we use all of the tire side wall to side wall and they don't ever feel like they will slip .Thyese are the only tires we will put on our bikes .

Superior wear and performance
After installation I was very impressed with the overall feel as I felt like I was riding a completely different motorcycle. I also felt that I had more control of my motorcycle with the improvement in handling and braking.
