Review Summary
The reviews present a mixed sentiment about the tires. Some customers report positive experiences with the tires, such as great handling, comfort, and traction. However, a significant number of customers have had negative experiences, including rapid and uneven tread wear, poor performance in adverse weather, frequent air leaks and punctures, and questionable durability. While some customers praised the quiet ride and overall performance, the negative reviews seem to outweigh the positive ones.

Make your dealer take these off your vehicle before you sign the paperwork.
If i could give zero stars i would. Tred life horrible. Traction is questionable once the tred wears a bit.
Bad, we're sorry to read of your disappointment in the original tires on your vehicle. Please give us a call at 866-866-6605 to discuss optional tires for your application.

Would not recommend these tires to anyone.
Let’s just start as to say I have always been a fan of Michelin tires, especially the LTX. I put them on all my fleet F-150’s as soon as the OEM tires got close to wearing out. I even put them on all my own vehicles. However, I’m NOT a fan of the Primacy tires that came OEM on my 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. At 10,000 miles I hit a small stick crossing a mountain pass in a snowstorm in CO. The next morning I discovered I had a small puncture in the sidewall. Sidewalls must be super thin. No Michelin replacement for my size tire in Trinidad, CO. Had to buy the one and only tire my size that had, a Goodyear. At my 25,000 miles service my dealer told me that they would need replacing soon. It’s now time for my 30,000 mile service and they are down to the wear bar. They have been rotated at every 5,000 mile service. I’m not used to this poor mileage wear from Michelin, and from the comments I’ve read here and on the Bronco Sport forum neither are many others. I’m replacing these with Defender 2’s, as I’m told LTX’s are not available for my size wheel. My tire dealer will be sending you some information on these worn out Primacy’s. Sure hope I’m not disappointed in my new Defenders when I get them put on in a couple of days.
CapTom, thanks for taking the time to submit a review. We certainly believe you will receive better mileage with the Defender tires.

Smooth quiet ride, look fantastic, horrible life
Repurchased this 60k mi tire due to its smooth, quiet ride. Trick is, I had to change them at 28k mi, and now the 2nd set is on track for the same exact lifespan. For reference, I've got a 2016 Lexus ES350 and while I'm a fast driver who maybe doesn't take corners like grandma, I'm no longer in my 20's and hanging corners overly fast either, honestly with more concern about tire wear in that regard than image. Will I repurchase them yet again? Unfortunately, yes, I probably will. I value ride and appearance more than money these days. At 20, I was all about price. At 58, I want quiet and luxury and sampled the Defender on my car that last change and immediately returned it as it was noisier.
Mongo65, thanks for taking the time to submit a review on the Primacy All Season. This tire has a mileage warranty, so we'd recommend having the tires inspected by an authorized retailer to initiate a warranty claim. Have the retailer contact us with any questions.

Just try to find it!
Purchased my car with 1195/50/19R tires on it on September 22 2023. Cannot find a replacement tire except from Toyo. How stupid is this? It may be the same size, but has different tread. None of tire shops can get the Michelin original and one said it’s out of production. Again, how stupid is this? Or is it just me for thinking Michelin was a superior brand ?Don't buy a car w Michelin tires- you’ll be very disappointed when you get a leak w less than 2000 miles and can’t get a replacement tire. And don’t get me started on the cost.

2 blowouts in less than a month
2 blowouts drivers front in less than 4 weeks.
Deecee, we're sorry to read this. The first step is to have the tire(s) inspected by an authorized Michelin retailer, as they can assist with warranty issues. Have the dealer call us with an inspection of the tires while you are there.

limited tread life
So far I have 26000 miles on these tires as OEM on my Nissan Leaf. The Nissan dealer informed me today that the tread is wearing down to almost a point of replacement. I can't see how these tires can be rated for 55K miles.
Nly, the original tires on your Nissan Leaf have a warranty to cover workmanship and materials, however there is no mileage warranty on original equipment tires.

Quite ride, great road gripping
I bought this tire a month ago, very happy so far.

3 years 20,000 is all I got out of my Primacy Tires
3 years 20,000 is all I got out of my Primacy All Season Tires. I just realized I took them off every winter and put Snows on so they were only on the car for 8 months a year. So out of the 30,000 miles put on the Car only about 20,000 miles were put on these Tires. I have to get the Car inspected later this month and I know the're going to tell me I need New Tires.
kester925, there is a mileage warranty on the Primacy All Season tires. Provided you have a copy of your purchase receipt, and it was within 6 years, the tires should be covered (registered or not). Have the retailer call us with any questions.
