The #1 Upgrade of Your Cars Handling
I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina by choice mainly because of the outstanding paved mountain roads in this area. I drive a 2007 Corvette Z06 and have recently purchased the Pilot Super Sport tires. This tire was made for the Z06; at least in my opinion. Everything about the car is better; braking, turn-in, corner speed and exit speed. I also have a spare set of wheels with Sport Cup tires and the Super Sports are not far behind the Sport Cups in traction but much better in any standing water. I have a 21 year old Grandson that drives a RX8 and he asked me what would be the best upgrade for his money. I recommended he install Super Sport tires for his upgrade and he loves the way it made the car handle. Only downside is they are expensive but well worth it.

I put 4 new tires on my car and after 8 months of driving I had a blowout on the front and the tire wear was not very good. the orginal tires lasted 5 years and the replacement tires did not last 2 yrs, for the price we paid I would have thought I would have gotten better life out of them.

Sticky, Smooth, Quiet, Confident
My Mercedes roadster is now equipped with Pilot Super Sports. These performance tires are smooth, quiet, and confident, both around town and on the highway. Pilot Super Sprots were an excellent replacement choice for the original equipment tires. Road noise is diminished, handling and overall ride comfort are greatly improved. The tires are also very attractive and compliment the good looks of my car. They are an excellent value.....I couldn't be more satisfied!
Pricey, but well worth it
Definitely the bang for buck performance tires that you must have on your sports car. Stop your search here and look no further. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.
Great Tires!!!
I'm very happy with my super sports. I have a 2007 Porsche GT3 that I drive on the street as well as the track and these tires do an exceptional job at both. They are much quieter that the RE-11's that I had on the car before the PSS's. The grip is more consistent on track days even if it's hot out. I've only had them on the car for a few months but I'm expecting them to last much longer than any other tire worth putting on the car so it's a win-win! Buy with confidence!

There is huge difference to previous model the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup in durability there is still great cornering and the best grip!!

These are excellent tires, they handle great, ride smooth, even in a two seat sports car and their durability is very good. I own three automobile's and have Michelin tires on each one.
Review Michelin pilot super sports
Have put just under 1000 miles on this set of four Michelin Pilot Super sports tires under spirited driving conditions in my AMG Mercedes. Quiet, comfortable ride quality. No problems in the rain. Went up to 140 mph without difficulty. I hope that I get good life out of this set. If I can get 20K or better miles, I will be ecstatic.
Fantastic grip in wet and dry conditions
In my opinion these are the best tires in both wet and dry conditions! Better wet weather traction then the various "all season" tires I have used, and fantastic dry weather cornering and handling. I have also had excellent tread wear for a performance tire. This tire is a winner!!
