They are Comfort, Durability, Stability and Traction
I've had these tires before but they started to ware to 4 with only 50,000 miles. I went to Discount Tire in Surprise As. on Bell Rd./Grand Ave were I purchased them. Summary "sorry you'll have to purchase new ones" the price was unbelievable high so I went to Costco Glendale AZ purchased from them. Although no discount. I've always maintained air pressure with tire rotation every 4,000 miles in addition every 6 to 8 months had the alignment checked.

We recently replaced the OEM tires that came on our 2020 F150 with Michelin’s defender ltx m/s 2’s. I was looking for a tire that did everything well with emphasis on performance in snow and on slick roads while being comfortable and QUIET. Literally everyone I spoke to and everything I read about these tires talked about how quiet and comfortable they were. Our truck currently has between 50 and 60 thousand miles on it and we have less than 2,000 miles on the Defender’s, I can say without hesitation these tires are not as quiet as what we took off. If I had it to do over I would put the OEM tires back on.

Great for torrential rainfall
2016 Ford F-150 4x4. Excellent tread life and traction on rainy roads in Central Florida. This is my 3rd set since 2018.

Truck came with Firestone tires and couldn't wait to ware them out! Put Defender LTX M/S2 on and its like I got a new Truck
BRING BACK THE LTX MS IN A 20 INCH TIRE
I have always been a Michelin fan, especially of the LTXMX2 tires. Bought a new GMC SIERRA SLT X31 in June 2025, took off the Bridgestones dueler tires from factory. put on the newest version of the Defender ms2 tires, and they ride the same but I will say they do not handle snow very well. The outside tread no longer has the same sipe as the past tires. They still make the LTX JX2 tires but not in 20 inch options, they need to bring these back. If not I will have to ex-ore another brand.
