Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only lasted 30K miles Came with my Camry, warranty is for 50K miles and yet lasted for 30K miles. Terrible tire, would not buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from exceeded expectations! I bought my 2007 Honda Accord new in Aug of 06. Yes, I've had these tires for almost 8 years and 54,000 miles. They are excellent! They handle well and hold the road. They give a comfortable, quiet ride. I'm looking around for a good price. I will buy these tires again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy these tires again and again I have been very satisfied with the Michelin tires I purchased in Sept. of 2012. They make for a smooth, quiet and comfortable ride on most road surfaces, and find them to work well summer and winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceelnt Value These tires are used for freeway and city roads. With 34 psi tire pressure my Totota Camry SE 5-speed stick gets 37 MPH consistently. With 28 psi tire pressure, the car handles as a racecar. Excellent traction during the 2010 massive East Coast snow storm and during two hurricanes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Mileage rating; Avoid this tire! We have these tires as original equipment on our Lexus ES350 and the tires need to be replaced with less than 29,000 miles. The car has been regulary services and tires rotated and maintained regularly by dealer. If you need to replace tires I suggest finding another model to give yourself more replacement options, and hopefully longer wear because these tires do not last! The dealer advised that Michelin would not warranty the tires.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good overall tire Purchased a new 2011 Camry Hybrid 3 years ago with this tire as original equipment. Car and tires have performed exceptionally well with smooth ride and good vehicle handling. Now have 55,000 plus miles and expect to replace these tires by 60,000 miles. Am well satisfied with tire performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This tire is fantastic These tires game as OEM on my Ford Fusion Hybrid. These tires are fantastic. I have almost have 70000 miles on them and the tread is still not show the penny head. I did decide to replace them with the same tire. These are some of the best tires I have ever had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Michelin Energy MXV4 S8's Have had Michelin tires on all our vehicles for the last 20 yrs...When it was time to replace the Michelin Pilots that came from th4 factory on my Dodge Challenger, I oppted for the "All Weather" Michelin Energy MXV4 S8's for a great ride and confidence in all weather situations!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from smooth ride These are the best tires for the lexus rx350. I tried another set of brand name tires and they were awful- too load and too rough. I went back to the energy tires and what a difference. They make for a smooth, quiet and comfortable ride.
Date published: 2013-12-28
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet ride and great handling I purchased these tire the day before a 600 mile highway trip. They replaced the original tires on the car. These tire are very quiet and provide great handling. I would highly recommend these tires.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Durable Tires These tires came on my 2009 Camry and I've never had such durable tires come on a new car! Usually I'm lucky to get 35,000 miles on factory supplied tires, but the Michelin Energy MX V4 S8 tires have 53,000+ miles and are about ready for replacement...I will definitely replace them with a newer version of the same tire! Fuel efficiency was great with these tires too! I have a V6 and drive about 80mph on the freeway. I get 30 to 32 miles per gallon freeway driving with these tires

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QUIET and COMFORTABLE...!! My new Michelin Energy MXV4 AS tires replaced a set of competitor's tires. Immediately, I was impressed with how quiet the new Michelins were. The ride quality, equally impressive, was as if I'd upgraded to an expensive new car...!! I've been a Michelin user for years. Their tires have always given me excellent service, long mileage, comfort & safety. I've also noticed an approximate 6% in gas mileage. Purchasing pre-owned cars has exposed me to other tire brands. None compare to Michelins....!!! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Control and comfort are excellent. I am very happy with the new Michelin Energy tires on my Camry, they provide the control and comfort I need and expect from a top brand tire.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not cheap, but worth it This set of four is on our 2005 Lexus RX330, and is the third set we have put on the vehicle. The tires grip exceptionally on both dry and wet pavement, they are smooth rolling, and very quiet. When maintained (balanced and rotated), the tire life is around 40,000 to 45,000 miles. These are not inexpensive tires, but given their importance to overall safety, they are definitely worth it. We, and our kids, use Michelin tires on all our vehicles and nothing else.
