Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I only buy Michelin tires Over the years I have purchased several different brands of tires. But I am hooked on Michelin. Great quality and they always hold up longer tan other brands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Sensational, secure ride" Just one ride on these tires and I was hooked. I bought my first set of Primacy HP tires in 2005 and have been a loyal user since. The tires last better than any tires I have ever purchased, with proper care and rotation service. I refuse to put any other tires on my 1989 560 SL. All I asks is that you continue to make this superb tire. I Love Them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth, quiet and great handling! I never feel that I am losing the feel of the road. At high speed these tires are great. When I need to stop or sthwerve around a pothole they hold the road.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from hydro-Edge not listed but could be, ... My tires for the last 45 years have been michelin. I have had many cars and they always drove straighter and held the road better than any of the oem tires. Yes , I traded in the new oem tires for michelin the first time I bought a new car in the 1970's and I still do. My hydro-Edge are the first Tires I had a problem with, but they were adjusted immediately and are giving good service. My next car will also have Michelins!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Great Tire! Very good tire for everyday average driving whether city or highway. High speed trips with this tire is just fine and smooth. Also handles bad roads well. Excellent quality.Great ride.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One year in, so far, so great! I had Michelin tires on my car from when I purchased it new from the dealer and they lasted for seemed to be a lifetime ... OK, more like several years! When I started shopping around for new tires, I was surprised by the cost of new Michelin tires and had almost decided to purchase another (cheaper) brand. After thinking back to the great quality and service I had gotten out of my first set of Michelin tires, I knew that I would need to repeat the purchase and would be paying more but getting great quality tires. I've had these Michelin tires for a year and a half now and they are driving well. They handle great on the road -- in the Florida heat and summer rain. So far, my tires are living up to the Michelin name!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tire, great peace of mind I recently leased a new Honda, and the car I test drove had Michelin tires. When the salesman brought my car down, it had another brand of tire. I told him this was a deal-breaker, since I'd have to immediately buy 4 Michelin tires. He had another Honda with Michelins brought around, and I became a really satisfied customer! I won't drive a car with any other tire, as the peace of mind is priceless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very happy So far the primacy is wearing great and im expecting a long life out of these 4 tires. We have experienced an exceptional ride with this tire. I plan on using Michelins on most of my vehicles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good ride and quiet I have always found Michelin to be a great value. These have great traction in water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wouldn't buy any other tires I have only purchased Michelin tires. They make the ride so smooth. And I get the best mileage out of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great performance in all weather! My car is a rear-wheel sports car. The traction I got in the snow was great. I will purchase these wheels again when it's time for new tires.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from super handler excellent tire , great grip, in all weather conditions. handles like a dream. will buy same type for my other cars
Date published: 2013-08-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent tire! Ever since I purchased my vehicle, I have been replacing the tires with only Michelin. While our feet deserves a good pair of shoes, my vehicle deserves a good pair of tires! And Michelin's are the way to go!
Date published: 2013-08-13
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would buy these tires again These are the tires recommended to me by the service manager where i get my auto serviced. He never steers me wrong and this is probably my 3rd or 4th set of Michellin tires. I think they handle well and i get a lot of mileage on them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from highly recommended! you just want to have the power to control, so the handling and the breaking time is the best
Date published: 2013-08-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A really great tire!!! I believe this is one of the best tires that I have ever purchased. They are durable and drive really well. I have had one car for thirteen years and I did not have to change tires until year thirteen. I still have the car and a new set of michelin tires. I wouldn't go with another brand. A really great tire!!
Date published: 2013-08-13
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another quality Michelin product. These tires have been great so far! super quiet ride, superb ride quality and they have been wearing quite well for a low rolling resistance tire even though they are on a sport RWD coupe! performance within normal driving conditions wet or dry has, in my experience, been great. they are not a performance tire and don't offer top traction when driving in a spirited fashion but they are great everyday tires and fuel mileage has been great with this tire. would purchase again.
Date published: 2013-08-10
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tire I've ever owned Bought my Lexus ES 5 yrs ago with 80,000 miles. Tried two other sets of tires and returned both before settling on the Primacy HP. Currently on my second set at 210,000 miles. Almost ready for the third and they still ride better than any of the others did new! I live in snow country, and for ride, handling and wet weather performance these are hard to beat. Michelin is the way we roll!
Date published: 2013-08-09
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Primacy HP Quiet, smooth, & straight ride gives me the confidence of a safe trip rain, snow, or shine.
Date published: 2013-08-08
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again and again For the purpose intended and for what we use it for it is outstanding in so many ways. For example for the high mileage rating does not seem to impinge on it's handling characteristics at all. In other words it performs very well, it both wet and dry conditions. And the wear patterns are very desireable. We have already rotated them once, at overmilage I might add and even with a front wheel drive car it still has retained excellent tread. I hope you keep making them forever!
Date published: 2013-08-08
Rated 3 out of 5 by from the tire is average at best This tire has a lot of road noise, tire is hard riding, and only fair in weather conditions.
Date published: 2013-08-08
Rated 4 out of 5 by from great starter tires O.E. tires on my Scion FR-S; Not the most aggressive tire package, but a very good choice for mixed highway /secondary roads; fairly quiet at speed & comfortable at the same time. These tires make for some fun wheel time on the twistes, primarily because they are not excessively sticky.
Date published: 2013-08-08
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Tire Tread Wear These were the OE tires and I also put on a second set of these same tires since I have owned my 2006 MB SLK280. The front tires are 205/55R16 91W and rear tires are 225/50R16 92W. I have just over 45000 total miles on my car. Tires are kept properly inflated but not rotated due to the size differences. Probably half of it is highway miles for weekend trips and the rest is freeway commuting to work. The tires are very good or excellent in all aspects EXCEPT for tire wear. I would say you should expect between 15000 to 17500 miles from these tires, not 35000 as advertised.
Date published: 2013-02-12
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have bought other ... I have bought other brands of tires before but the wear and handling of Michelins exceed the other brands. I will spend a little more for the quality that Michelins offers.
Date published: 2010-11-21
