Started in 1984 with just a handful of volunteers, the Grand Central Food Program is now the nation’s largest nightly mobile soup kitchen. Under the leadership of Executive Director Dave Giffen, who has been involved with the Coalition for the Homeless for nearly 30 years, they’ve teamed with Michelin Two-Starred Chef Carlo Mirarchi.
