Defective Primacy Tour A/S tires
I chose these as the Michelin 60 day guarantee replacement for Premier LTX tires I purchased for my 2021 Lexus RX350. I did not like the LTXs. They rode rough and were not quiet, like advertised. I thought the Primacy Tour A/S would be the pinnacle of a quiet comfortable ride. When I picked up my car from the tire shop, I immediately drove to my Lexus dealership for a service appointment. I could not believe the noise coming from the tires. They sounded and felt like they were oblong. The dealership assigned a Master tech to my service appointment. On my request, he put all 4 of my brand new tires on the balancing machine and tested them. All 4 were NOT ROUND, and one was significantly so. The dealership sells Michelins, and he said he had never seen this with Michelins before but definitely confirmed they were defective. So, I am returning the tire shop tomorrow for the third time to try to get this rectified. Imagine having to replace all 4 brand new premium tires from Michelin. I have runs Michelins exclusively for 30 years. This experience has me considering changing to another brand.

I Just bought a second set for my VOLVO XC60 T8 and also i have them on my KIA EV6 GT , the reason I choose this tires are quality , comfort, quiet, durability , traction plus handling

Smooth-Quiet Ride....So Far after 2 mile drive
So far very quiet in comparison to old Mazda Factory installed tires of same size, etc. Will update in a month with ride and stance and overall quality...

Blow outs in primacy tour under 7000 miles
2 blow outs one at 3000 and second at 6700 miles totally a crime first a tire should last 40 to 50 thousand miles

The tires wear out quickly
They cannot achieve the warranted miles. I got 4 new tires for my Toyota Camry at Costco and rotated the tires every 7000 miles as recommended at Costco. After 3-4 years and 32000 miles, I only got 3/32 to 4/32 on each tire. Don’t believe they will last 55000 miles as the warranty said.
Tony, we are sorry to read that your tires will need to be replaced prior to delivering the expected mileage. We suggest that you return to the selling retailer for a mileage claim. Contact us at 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri should there be any questions.

>> The sizes shown are average design values for tires measured on specified measuring rim widths. Some tires may vary from this value by +/-3% of the section height (affecting overall diameter), and +/-4% of the section width.
>> Section width varies approximately 0.2" (5mm) for every 0.5" change in rim width.
>> Tread patterns are often tuned to accomodate different tire widths. Tires for a particular dimension of a given tireline may vary in appearance from the tire shown in the photograph.
WARNING: Serious or fatal injury may result from tire failure due to underinflation or overloading. To ensure correct air pressure and vehicle load, refer to vehicle owner's manual or tire information placard on the vehicle. Serious injury or death may result from explosion of tire/rim assembly due to improper mounting. Only tire professionals should mount tires and they should never inflate beyond 40 psi to seat the beads. Before mixing types of tires in any configuration on any vehicle, be sure to check the vehicle owner's manual for its recommendations.
DANGER: Never mount a 17" diameter tire on a 17.5" rim. Inflation pressure increase must not exceed the maximum pressure branded on the tire sidewall. When a customer requests a replacement tire with a lower speed rating than the original equipment tire, you must clearly communicate to him or her that the handling of the vehicle may be different, and that its maximum speed capability is limited to that of the lowest speed-rated tire on the vehicle. Exceeding the lawful speed limit is neither recommended nor endorsed.
For high-speed driving, additional inflation pressure and possibly reduced tire loading and/or upsizing is required. In the absence of specific recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, use the following guidelines based on those in the European Tire and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual.
For speeds over 160km/h (100 mph), load and inflation must be adjusted according to the table below.
