Sidewall tear less than 5000 miles
Purchase new car 3 months ago, the Primacy LTX was OEM tire. Failure due to sidewall tear, same as others have mentioned.
PJ. it's unfortunate a tire was damaged, especially with such low mileage. A member of our team will be in touch to get more information.

Side tears
The sides of this tire is like paper; had to replace 2 in the first 6 months. I question the side durability and these fixes are getting expensive
Nick, sorry you've experienced this. Please have your retailer contact us should you have any future issues.

Excellent customer service
We had excellent customer service, and fast service. We love our new Michelin tires on our SUV. The large water channels prevents hydroplaning in the rain. All of our vehicles are serviced by Big O Tires.

Great handling
Bought in Feb. Great choice I made

not recommending tire not worthy for the price.
Not a good tire on normal wear. I had to replace my 4 tires before the 36,000 miles.
Gomez, we are sorry to read that your tires had to be replaced at 36,000 miles. Our team is here to help with a solution, and a team member will be reaching out to you.

Great all around tire.
Great all around tire. Very surprised usually manufacturers don’t use such a good tire. Works well in wet and even snow conditions. Probably will replace with the same tire when ready. 10,000 miles so far and looking new

Great tire
58K on Chevy Silverado RST. Quiet and even wear. Never taken off road. Would rebuy for highway driving. Excellent tire.

Michelin TIres
Tires are extremely smooth riding! Would recommend them

Not a good tire for a truck that see gravel roads
These tires came as standard on my 2022 Nissan Frontier, I got a puncture in one in less than 3000km's of driving. The tire was ruined. I was not offroading, i was driving on a regular gravel road. If you stick to paved surfaces exclusively they may be ok.

Too Soft for off-pavement
Came on my 2022 Nissan Frontier. I Took it off highway on a graveled county road for the first time with less than 2400 miles on them. A rock punched up right through the top of the tread and ruined the tire. I spend a lot of miles off pavement. I feel these tires are cheap (dealer provided) and too soft for me to trust off pavement. I put on my spare ( a smaller 16" rimmed tire of different manufacturer than Michelin) and crippled back to nearest tire store. They sold me a Michelin Defender LTX M/S to replace the ruined Primacy LTX, I'm hoping the dealer will now step up and at least put 3 defender LTX on my Frontier and replace the under sized spare with the 4th defender and a new 17" rim
B4, we're sorry to read about the damaged tire. One of our agents will be contacting you via email or you can contact us at 866-524-2835 for assistance.
