Avoid tire-ask dealership to switch out on new vehicles unless you want the risk of non warrantied expensive replacement at low mileage.
Was just told today by the Lexus service department that our 2024 Lexus RX 350 H had severe wear on its Michelin primacy all season tires at 15,000 miles. 3/4 tires in severe category. Service person said they normally don’t see anything like this and he could not explain; however, by the reviews here and elsewhere, it appears that this is a common problem with this model tire. Very disappointed that Lexus continues to put this tire on vehicles and, as a part of the vehicle purchase, it has no warranty. If The multitude of reviews are accurate, it would seem that this tire would be recalled by Michelin.

Comfortable with great handling.just installed

Terrible on grooved roads
Rain groove wander is such a problem I have to avoid certain roads, it feels like I'm going to lose control of the vehicle. This is due to the grooves in the tires locking into the grooves on the road, which is absolutely terrifying at high speeds as these grooves are not perfectly straight and cause each tire to wobble the car wildly in different directions. Previous tires, came stock with vehicle in 2021, did not have these issues. I should not have opted to purchase the pricier version advertised by Tesla's app, which advertised up to 20 mile per charge range improvement.

New All Season Tires
The new all season tire improved the ride. Great traction and quiet driving.

Terrible in dry and wet conditions
Rented a car in Miami this week (Ford Escape). Tires were new as the car only had 50 miles on it. I noticed through the week that non-aggressive accelerating grip was minimal and turning/braking grip in wet condition grip was also minimal. Tires are so bad I got out of car specifically to look at the make and model, and was surprised they are Michelin’s. I have significant experience evaluating tire grip and performance as a semi-professional endurance race car driver. These tires are unsafe for average drivers in moderate street use. I will go out of my way to tell friends and family to not purchase this make and model tire… They were that bad.

Less durability than expected from Michelin
These tires were on 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross when car purchased new. At 25,000 miles dealer inspection indicates 4/32 tread remaining and should be replaced soon. Tires rotated at dealership and car is garage kept. Disappointing that tires will only last 1/2 of 55,000 mile warranty. However, I am aware that there is no warranty when tires are factory installed? Why is that? You only back the warranty sometimes? I paid for the tires when I paid for the car. Unless Michelin gives some compensation for lack of durability, I will be purchasing replacement tires from another manufacturer.

cloud comfort
Very comfortable ride. Feels like riding on a cloud. I had the same tires previously and couldn't believe the difference the new tires made. You see these tires at the Toyota dealership one the cars in the showroom.

Worth it!
I had the Primacy AS that I’m changing now after 71.000 miles, and there were still some threads to use for about 4K more. I decided to change now because I have a long trip and would rather do the service now than travel and have to change or have a “surprise” while on the road. Of course, when the tire gets to this point, there is no longer much comfort. However, it never lost performance, traction, or handling, even during rain. I am happy with how long these tires last.

Horrible dangerous tires
These tires are dangerous!!! They came on my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5. I didn't know about the foam liner, at 12,000 miles out of the blue the car began to shake strongly at 60+ mph. The dealer put weight on one tire and it was better for awhile. Last week now 15,000 miles, again out of the blue, the shaking returned this time very violently on the interstate in traffic!! I got it to my dealer immediately, they kept it for 2 days and found that the foam had come loose and was causing this extreme vibration. I had to buy 4 new tires...NOT MICHELIN, at a cost of $1,400. People need to know what a stupid design this is and how dangerous it can be. And need to be told about it when they buy a new car. I feel I'm owed some compensation.

TRACTION!
Excellent snow and water traction.
