Pricy but good
Tires are pricy but good performance, way better than the stock one

The foam is the bottle neck
On three different occasions that so called foam came loose in the tyre and caused me not to be able to drive faster then 100kmh as it created a huge centrifuge effect and left the car shaking intensely if I drove faster. It already started at 25000km with the first tyre. Non of the three tires ever made it to the end of their cycle. What a disappointment, I don’t trust these tires at all.
Willem, so sorry to read of three experiences with the foam coming loose. If you have any of the tires remaining on your vehicle, please contact us at 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST to further discuss the issue.

Lucid Air engineering team recommended this tire (specifically the OEM) in the owners only meet and greet
I am on my 2nd set of 20" Pilot EV OEM tires for the Lucid Air Touring. My comparison point is the Pirelli All Season tire OEM that comes with the Lucid 19" tires. Relative to the Pirelli OEM tire, this tire is quieter, stickier, and more responsive around curvy mountain roads I drive daily near my home. Durability wise, I had my first set of tires for 25K miles before replacement. I did not have any of the issues that are mentioned in this review site. Foam never came loose.

absolute worst tire I have purchased in 30 years
absolute worst tire I have purchased in 30 years. I have a 2014 Tesla Model S and needed new tires. Saw these online for $1800 and was going to purchase, then I found a private dealer who was offering the same 4 tires. we negotiated $1250 cash for all 4 tires which I thought was a decent deal. Had the tires mounted and balanced, and after only 7000 miles 100% of the tread was gone on the left tire and barely any tread on the right. I thought the cause might have been because my car has staggered wheels with 265/35/ZR21s on the back and 245/35/ZR21s on the front. No more Michelin's on my EV. I went with a replacement pair of Falken's. we'll see how long these last.
We appreciate the feedback that you provided and we’re sorry your experience wasn’t a great one. We certainly hope you will have a better experience with the new tires. Contact our Consumer Care team at 1- 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST should you need further assistance.

Tread life only 12,000 miles
Ride is fine - quite with good grip. Unfortunately the tread is gone and tires need replacement after 12,000 miles. Granted it’s a heavy car but I haven’t been racing it.
Sorry to read that your tires have wore quicker than anticipated. We’re here to help! Please contact us at 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST for assistance.

Brilliant tyres
These Michelin pilot sports tyres are absolutely brilliant. They are easy to install. Safe to use comfortable to drive with and have great performance really good quality.

Worth every penny
These tires are magnificent. The grip, handling and braking is simply fantastic I really feel a big difference after putting on these tires on.

isappointing Longevity and Performance from Michelin Pilot Sport EV Tires
I recently purchased Tesla model Y that comes with a set of Michelin Pilot Sport EV all season tires, compelled by the brand's reputation and the specific design tailored for electric vehicles. Given the premium price tag, my expectations were understandably high, both in terms of performance and durability. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short in several key areas, most notably in the longevity of the tires, which has left me questioning their value. First off, Michelin claims these tires are engineered to meet the unique demands of electric vehicles, promising enhanced traction, efficiency, and a quieter ride. While the initial performance was satisfactory, providing a decent grip and a somewhat quieter experience, the tires quickly showed signs of wear far sooner than anticipated. The manufacturer advertises a certain mileage expectancy for these tires, but my set began to show significant wear well before reaching even 50% of the promised mileage. This was under normal driving conditions, without excessive hard braking or aggressive cornering that might otherwise justify such rapid wear. What's more frustrating is that when you invest in a Michelin product, especially something as specialized as the Pilot Sport EV tires, you expect durability that matches the premium outlay. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. It's disheartening to see a product from a brand as reputable as Michelin fail to live up to its mileage claim, which is a fundamental expectation for any tire purchase.
Jorge C, sorry to read of your disappointment. We'd suggest an inspection of the tires from an authorized retailer. Ask the dealer to call us while you are there so that we can get more information about the wear on the tires. We can be reached at 866-866-6605.

Good performance
Love these tires. I have them on my charger and they made a huge different compared to my stock tires. Good grip , keep you you planted to the road and great handling as well.

Good quality
I have had these tires on all my cars because I have found them to hold the road better than any other tire I have tried. They hold their thread longer and if you hit a pothole it isn’t a automatic flat tire. I will keep buying these.
