Tire Rack Street Survival Program

Michelin is a proud partner for the Tire Rack Street Survival Program, a hands-on driving school that teaches teens about the handling limits and safe driving tools behind the wheel. BMW CCA Foundation, Porsche Club of America, SCCA, National Corvette Museum and Audi Club of America all provide skilled volunteers that host and teach these valuable schools.

The goals of the Tire Rack Street Survival program are to:

  • Teach students some of the basics of car control
  • To enhance students’ enjoyment of driving and to improve their competence as drivers
  • Help students understand how their actions govern a car’s responses, and as a result to become safer, more effective drivers on the road.
