        Terrible snow performance

              Comments about Latitude Tour HP:

Original tires on my Mercedes Benz GLK350. Tires have 20000 miles on them and thread is good (car recently passed as certified by MB).
Tires are absolutely awful on the snow. We had a small snow storm ( less than 2 inch snow accumulation ) and the car was very difficult to control while turning and breaking.

Do not recommend this tires for all 4 seasons. Ok if use in an area where snow and ice are not an issue.

                    Comments about Latitude Tour HP:

Had these Latitude Tour HP's for 3 months. They are very expensive but drive exceptionally well. Unfortunately I experienced a flat tire this morning (not sure what the cause for the flat is yet). I'm writing this review now because I've been on hold with the Tire Change Assistance center for over 30 minutes and they still have not found anyone to change my tire in a major city here in NH. A great tire with a poor warranty support program. For the price of these tires I expected a lot better execution of the warranty promise.

                    Smooth Ride Great Steering

                          Comments about Latitude Tour HP:

This is my first Michelin purchase on an all wheel drive vehicle that has 140k+ miles. I have had these tires for a few weeks now with several hundred miles on them. They have been over roads with big potholes, and back-roads with gravel and mud... and yes these tires are proving they can handle almost anything. The ease of steering and a good control in gravel and mud is something I was impressed with. Highway use is quiet and comfortable even though the tire has a rugged look.
The last obstacle is the cold and brutal Iowa winter, however if they perform as they have so far I will be more than satisfied with the results. And they even offered a rebate on this set, something that was a nice bonus since I would have purchased them anyway after seeing the great reports they have on almost every major review source.
The only small downfall was having to wait for the tires to arrive at the local tire shop. Either my size tire was few and far... or many people bought the same model at the same time.
It is a little early to give extended praise for this tire model but I will say that I am looking forward to the next two years of wear and hopefully hitting the 200k mile mark with this set of tires...
