Warranties (1 Warranty)

* Mileage Warranty Exceptions

  • Split fitments - If your vehicle has tires of different sizes on the front versus the rear axles, your tires cannot be rotated as recommended. Therefore, the mileage warranty on each rear tire will cover half the number of miles as the standard mileage warranty for that particular tire line.
  • ZP (Zero Pressure) tires - The maximum mileage warranty for ZP tires is 30,000 miles.

Standard Limited Warranty
(All Michelin® Tires)

All Michelin® tires have a Standard Manufacturer's Limited Warranty, which covers defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original usable tread, or for 6 years from date of purchase, whichever occurs first. See warranty for details

The Grip To Rip!

        Comments about Pilot Sport Cup 2:

        I have a modified Porsche Cayman S that'll put over 500 to the rears, so I went widebody adding RSR-like rear flares and Cup Car LCA's all-around. The car needed grip, and it got it. In the form of the new Sport Cup 2's. I removed the Super Sports, which are an amazing tire. As good as a performer as the Super Sports are, the Sport Cup 2's are that much better. It's like the difference between running a stadium track in a top-of-class pair of running shoes and then slipping on a pair of world-class Olympic caliber track shoes and taking another lap.

              Comments about Pilot Sport Cup 2:

              I purchased a set of Sport Cup 2s to replace the Super Sports on my 2011 Boxster prior the Porsche Parade in Monterey. At Parade finished first in class (SS04) and 13th overall in Showroom Stock Category. I couldn't have been more pleased. At recent autocrosses have been able to turn times approximately 1 second quicker based upon comparisons with other competitors. The tires are fantastic at autocross and more than satisfactory on the street. I now have over 6000 street miles and 7 autocrosses on the tires. The wear is acceptable and it should be possible to get between 15,000 and 20,000 miles on them before needing to replace. Now if Michelin would only increase the threadwear rating to 200 so that they were legal for SCCA Street classes in 2015.
