I have purchased these tires now 3 times for my 2002 Ford Explorer. With the exception of the tread wear being a little shorter than expected, these are still by fare the best tires out there for my SUV. Great in any type of weather too..

                    Comments about LTX M/S2:

I have over 60k miles on these tires on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4X4. The tires still have 5/32 tread on them and are riding very smoothly. These tires aren't quite as stiff when cornering as the H speed rated tires, but to get this kind of tread wear I'm willing to accept the trade off.

The tires get rotated every 8-10k miles and I keep the tire pressure at 32 psi according to my vehicle specs. The tires do extremely well on wet pavement and snow and have served me well with the occasional off road adventure. Not spectacular in mud but they have never let me get stuck anywhere either. I will definitely be getting another set of these tires when it's time to replace them.

                          Comments about LTX M/S2:

I've bought Michelin tires for the last 15-20 years because of the quality & ride. I've always gotten great mileage out of the tires before needing to replace them until this last set of 4 that I purchased. I was told by the tire dealer that they were the exact same tire that I had purchased before. They weren't! They're wearing out much faster than the previous set...I paid a lot of money for these tires and have to say I'm very disappointed with their performance. I guess it's like too many other products out there....quality has just gone away! Sadly, I recommended these tires to a friend...wish I wouldn't have & won't do it again!
