              Comments about LTX M/S2:

If you are looking for a workhorse of a tire look no further than Michelin 10-ply. 3 hour ride to work, 12 hours on mountains of Southwest Virginia in coal fields and then another 3 hours home. I have a 2006 Ford F150 with 500,000+ miles on it and I won't use any other tire. I also have a 1998 GMC 2500 and 2005 Ford F150, they all have these Michelin 10 ply. Heavy snow, pouring rain, bumpy rock roads and slick dirt roads do not slow these tires down.... I bought a complete set on August 22th - and another complete set on Sept 20th - I'm just a little aggrevated that I missed the rebate by 3 days on my first order. You would think that the salesman would have suggested for me to wait a couple of days because there was going to be a rebate offer ESPECIALLY since I told him I was going to ordering another complete set but that has nothing to do with these awesome tires..

              Disappointed

                    Comments about LTX M/S2:

I have used the LTX tire for many years on my personal vehicles. The fire dept. I work at runs them as well. I have always been so impressed at the tread life and performance of these tires. Never considered another tire company until now. The new LTX/2 seems to be a different tire all together in a bad way. The tread life isn't near what it used to be. Why continue to pay premium price for a tire that isn't as near as good as the set previously purchased? Why change the compound on a tire that was the flagship tire for your company? I'm now in the market for a new set of tires for my vehicles and will be looking at other brands for the first time in 20 years. Really disappointed.

                          Comments about LTX M/S2:

The LTX/MS2 tires are excellent. The ride is more smooth than with previous other tire brands. It's so comfortable that you almost feel like you're not even moving. My gas mileage even improved. I would recommend these to anyone looking for top quality tires or if they are looking for tires at all. These are more street oriented tires but even going off road the tires perform well. Choose these tires and be ready to love them. Thank you Michelin.
