I HAVE DRIVEN OVER 500,000 MILES ON C-5 AND C-6 CORVETTES, ALL THAT CAME FROM THE FACTORY WITH OTHER BRAND OEM TIRES. I FINALLY HAD IT WITH THEIR PRICES AND THE OUTRAGEOUS ROAD NOISE ON MY 2011 C-6. I BOUGHT A SET OF 4 MICHELIN ZP PILOTS AND THE ROAD NOISE WENT AWAY. BTW...I AIM TO EXCEED YOUR MILAGE ESTIMATES BY MORE THAN DOUBLE. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SWITCH. I JUST BOUGHT A C-7 AND WILL KEEP MY ALL SEASON TIRES. THE DEALER CAN KEEP THIER SUMMER ONLY MISTAKE.

Not the Michelin produced tires I know

Comments about Pilot Sport A/S Plus:

I've had many, many sets of Michelin tires on many cars (in more than one country) and I've never been disappointed until now. I've been reading reviews for an hour and I see I'm not alone in my plight. Only 25k miles and 22 months after buying what I thought were great tires, all edges are well worn into the secondary rubber and the middle treads are worn as low as 3/32". To have tires that started at 10/32" already worn to 3/32" tells me I'm not going to make it another 20k miles. (the problem was first discovered by my garage at 20k miles) Obviously as the wear grew more extensive, the tire noise grew exponentially (imagine 295/35s, with light tread, on concrete). Equally disappointing was the Michelin response 'must be the tire pressure or the alignment' which equals a disappointing offered warranty amount. Given my long history with Michelin I'm hoping that both the poor tire design and poor warranty response were one time occurrences but it makes you wonder. They were pretty good tires for the first 12 months/12k miles, but for $1k, I'd hoped for better performance and longevity. I wanted to share and echo the sentiments many others have made.
