The LTX Tires on my Toyota 4-Runner, when rotated regularly have lasted me better than 100,000 miles. After which I've purchased another set of trouble free safe driving in snow, ice and dry pavements.

                          Comments about LTX M/S2:

I bought these tires for my 2006 Toyota 4Runner Sport Edition. I bought them at 64,000 miles and I am now at 147,000 miles and still have a life in them! State inspection 5 weeks ago showed a passing grade of tire tread left - this from a service center that likes to sell tires! But with winter already here, I decided to go ahead and get a new set. I am VERY conscious of tire pressure and rotate all 5 tires (yes, I rotate the spare onto the ground as you're supposed to) every oil change or every other oil change (4,000-8,000 miles for each balance and tire rotation). These tires have been the best I've ever owned with little exception. For off-road use, they do pretty good but in muddy areas there are better tread designs. 80% of my driving is interstate highway.
