Good for 75,000 miles on a Honda Civic

          Comments about Primacy MXV4:

These tires performed very well on dry pavement for the entire 75,000 miles, but started to get a bit more slippery on wet pavement and snow after 60,000. There is still more than enough tread to get to 90,000+, but with winter coming we are going to mount some Michelin Premier A/S tires this time around.

                      Comments about Primacy MXV4:

In Late October 2011 I purchased 4 Primacy MXV4 215r6516 Michelins and a 4wheel alignment for our 2003 Toyota Avalon XLS with 137594 thinking I would invest in quality tires for the best possible service life I could get boy was I mistaken the end of May 2012 our Avalon went into the body shop for sand damage and was at that shop till Jan 4 2013 these tires were pitched to me as 60,000- 80,000 mile treadlife not even close the were wearing every fast and July 2014 while on a roadtrip I unavoidably hit a double pothole on a highway that blew a 4" and 3 1/2 inch hole in the front and rear passenger tires with 29,000 miles of use at 35 MPH only one spare no cell service and with AAA and Chevron towing could not recieve any help and after about $600.00 and 16 hrs later I was back on my trip So would I buy Michlin again the answer is a resounding No.
