Split fitments - If your vehicle has tires of different sizes on the front versus the rear axles, your tires cannot be rotated as recommended. Therefore, the mileage warranty on each rear tire will cover half the number of miles as the standard mileage warranty for that particular tire line.
ZP (Zero Pressure) tires - The maximum mileage warranty for ZP tires is 30,000 miles.

Nice 3 season tire, terrible in snow

Nice three season tire, however it performs poorly in winter conditions, car will loose traction in 1 to 2 inches of snow. Have only 17000 miles on tires and will replace tires before next winter

I purchased a used CTS in 2005. After a Chicago autumn's worth of rain and the first snowfall, I knew I needed new tires with better traction. I purchased a set of Pilots. Loved those tires! What a difference they made. The tires handled very well in any kind of bad weather and were sticky enough on dry pavement to keep me happy when spring came around and driving became fun again. They held up well to my half local road and half highway driving until I traded the car in with 45,000 miles on the tires and plenty of tread left.

Now my "new" 2009 CTS AWD w/Performance Pkg. is ready for tires. The Pilot MXM4s were provided as OEM standard tires on this model. I have 58,000 miles on these tires and still have a decent amount of tread left, although the edges are starting to show wear. Although the price is significantly more than the last set, this week I will purchase another set of Pilot MXM4s. Thanks, Michelin, for a great product and giving me peace of mind.

WARNING: Serious or fatal injury may result from tire failure due to underinflation or overloading. To ensure correct air pressure and vehicle load, refer to vehicle owner's manual or tire information placard on the vehicle. Serious injury or death may result from explosion of tire/rim assembly due to improper mounting. Only tire professionals should mount tires and they should never inflate beyond 40 psi to seat the beads. Before mixing types of tires in any configuration on any vehicle, be sure to check the vehicle owner's manual for its recommendations.

DANGER: Never mount a 16" diameter tire on a 16.5" rim.
DANGER: Never mount a 17" diameter tire on a 17.5" rim.

Inflation pressure increase must not exceed the maximum pressure branded on the tire sidewall. When a customer requests a replacement tire with a lower speed rating than the original equipment tire, you must clearly communicate to him or her that the handling of the vehicle may be different, and that its maximum speed capability is limited to that of the lowest speed-rated tire on the vehicle. Exceeding the lawful speed limit is neither recommended nor endorsed.

For high-speed driving, additional inflation pressure and possibly reduced tire loading and/or upsizing is required. In the absence of specific recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, use the following guidelines based on those in the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual.

For speeds over 160km/h (100 mph), load and inflation must be adjusted according to the table below.
