For a second year in a row, Michelin is proud to be a sponsor at the annual AARP member event, Vegas@50+ (Thursday, October 22, through Saturday, October 24, at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada). AARP members will learn about Michelin products and services including passenger and light truck tires, two-wheel tires, automotive accessories, and our extensive European travel products.

On Friday, October 23 at 2:00pm, take a short break from the event activities and join us for a Michelin Guide to the Stars show-stopping interview with Michelin-starred chef Anthony Amoroso.

Also, follow the Michelin Man on twitter (twitter.com/michelinmanus) during the conference as he will be tweeting a new question every hour from 10am – 4pm (EST), Thursday and Friday. Tweet back with the correct response to win some special prizes.

Michelin will once again support the BlogHer network with a premium sponsorship of their annual conference being held in Chicago, IL, July 24-25. Michelin's Environmental Commitment Comes Full Circle

Audi Mileage Marathon: New York to Los Angeles

Michelin partnered with Audi in its cross-country Mileage Marathon to generate awareness and public interest for the most promising technologies offering increased fuel efficiency and a reduced environmental footprint. Over a two-week period covering 4800 miles from New York to Los Angeles, the Audi A3 TDI averaged 45 mpg, the Audi A4 averaged 36 mpg and the Audi Q5 TDI vehicles averaged 32 mpg.
